Pedro Arrupe Center for Educational Leaders, October 22, 2004
In July 9, 2005 the International Jesuit Education Leadership Program for Central and Eastern Europe will start for the fifth time. This year we also initiate the Educational Leadership Training addressed to all headmasters and key teachers working in Catholic schools in Europe. The first session will be held in Warsaw in the European Center for Communication and Culture from July 9 to July 30, 2005. Many subjects: school administration, leadership, context of teaching and learning, teaching strategies, fundaising, public relations, mentoring, school for parents, students' spiritual development, youth culture, school vision and mission, school climate, staff development, teachers' supervision, and other will be studied in July session. In September all participants will launch their internship in their own schools implementing what they learned. A member of our international team of trainers will visit them as supervisor and coach. They will also receive a support through e-mail and the Resourse Center on the website recently being in preparation. After finishing one-year internship all participants will come back to Warsaw (July, 2006) to continue the program. The July 2006 session will focus on leadership skills, administration, change process, long range planning and evaluation.

Wiele twarzy, kolorów, wszędobylski uśmiech i spojrzenie, słońce i deszcz, upał i mróz.
