Participants' views

Sr. Zsofia Juranyi from Hungary:

Almost every element of the training was useful for both my work and my personal development but I particularly liked topics concerning student's and teacher's growth profile, multiple intelligences and cooperative learning. Teachers had the opportunity to try out the active teaching methods they were presented, and I find it very important for future practice in the classroom. The trips gave us opportunity to know each other better and to learn more about Poland. The personal conversations and sharing the views were very important for me! Thanks to everybody!

Elisabeth Kossmann from Denmark:

The way of analyzing a difficult situation, presented at the course, is very useful at work and in my personal life. Group work on multiple intelligences was an activity. I will remember most. Many contacts have been established to the other IJELP participants during meetings or just walking in the neighborhood.

Fr. Maxwell Silva from Sri Lanka:

Identifying student's talent and working accordingly, as an element of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm is an attitude that I find important in my work. Very significant for me was also the formulation of my personal teacher's creed. As regards IJELP social life, the trips and other activities were excellent - well balanced and well organized.

Magda Kreft from Poland:

Public Relations was one of the most interesting topics for me, as well as the simulation of crisis situation at school with media involvement. When learning about Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm, I focused on the complexity of personal growth. I also enjoyed IJELP evenings, when we were playing , singing, talking and laughing together - it was a great way to spend time and get to know each other better.
