At the present a big attention is given to improve the quality use of new technology and media. The community service programs and programs of spiritual development, especially Kairos and TEC (teenagers encounter Christ) are the hallmark of our education, it affects the life of so many young people and staff.

Important change in the development of Jesuit and lay collaboration appeared in August 2003, when new lay headmaster was appointed to direct Vilnius gymnasium. It caused the increase of commitment and energy among the Jesuits working at school and the teachers.

With the help of the International Jesuit Education Leadership Program held in Warsaw, each year 6-8 people receive the certificates and are able to introduce their Ignatian leadership skills in day to day school activities. They become trainers of other teachers, organizing the workshops for the teachers of Jesuit schools, especially for newcomers.

In collaboration with National Catholic School Teachers Association we organize the “Colloquium on the ministry of teaching” for the teachers of Jesuit and Catholic schools in order to help them keep the strength in their vocation.

Lapkričio 23–24 d.Gyvenimo ir tikėjimo institutas ir katalikiškųjų mokyklų pedagogų asociacija Jėzuitų namuose surengė aktyvaus mokymo seminarą tema „Mokymas per žaidimus – kaip linksmintis be alkoholio”. Seminarą vedė Gdynės neformalaus jėzuitų švietimo centro (Centrum ARRUPE) lektorė Bernadeta Lechowicz. Dalyvavo 45 įvairaus amžiaus ir išsilavinimo žmonės iš visos Lietuvos. Seminare buvo mokoma, kaip linksmai ir turiningai praleisti laiką nevartojant alkoholio, organizuoti vakaronę.
