The main goal of the project is to inspire teachers in Belarus, Albania and Ukraine to introduce innovations in teaching methods and democratic changes in education. Through workshops and publications we hope to make an important contribution to the activity of independent and creative selfdevelopment groups of teachers. In cooperation with schools from Vitebsk, Homel, Minsk, Shkoder, and Simferopol our trainers are building a network of teachers and school administartors willing to move toward the effective changes in the world of education.
