PROGRAM aim: Preparation of leaders able to inspire and lead educational changes in their own countries, educational leaders who will be motivated to continuous professional, social and spiritual growth. Courses we offer are rooted in very rich and long tradition of Catholic and Jesuit education and integrates the newest methods of teaching and administering schools with existential, social and spiritual dimension of education. PROGRAM official language: English PROGRAM trainers team: Alina Gutauskiene (Lithuania), Bożena Prątnicka (Polska), Eraldo Cacchione SJ (Italy), Artur Kołodziejczyk SJ (Poland), Wojciech Żmudziński SJ (Poland), Eric Bloemkolk (Holand). PROGRAM participants: School headmasters, leaders of school departments, teachers supervisors, mentors, teachers from Jesuit and other Catholic schools from Europe and Middle East. Previous experience: Program has been established in 1996 by Fr. Vincent Duminuco SJ and offered to Jesuit schools since 1998. As in previous years all participants from the former Communist countries and Middle East are exempt from the course fee thanks to our donors. Since 1998 we trained headmasters and teachers from Russia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Malta, Slovenia, Croatia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Italy, Egypt, Moldova, Albania, Ukraine, Romania, Norway. First session (July 3-18, 2010) Take place in Gdynia (Poland) and prepare the participants for one-year internship in their own countries. Internship: During one-year internship participants receive professional support through on place supervision. At the same time all participants have an access to resource center on the website. Trough the Internet they are invited to continue to share their experience and they receive needed materials and instructions. Second session: (July 2011) Take place also in Gdynia (Poland) and focus on sharing internship experience and practical study of leadership skills, administration, change process, staff development, long range planning and evaluation.
